Reformer Bed Pilates
Arev Yoga & Pilates Center is proud to have the first Pilates studio in Yerevan fully equipped with Reformer beds. Reformer beds are adjustable to your height and strength level. We provide a variety of classes using boxes, ropes, and jump boards.
While using the Reformer, the alignment of the body becomes more precise. The resistance-based workout lets you gain strength without the risk of injuries or back pain.
By keeping our private classes small and providing a Reformer bed for each student, we ensure you’ll feel at ease and accomplish alignment in your Pilates practice.
